I'm Salvis. For more than 20 years I've designed digital solutions from the customer's side of the screen: first what people need, then the product shaped around it. I've done it in Riga, Berlin, Barcelona and on the Costa del Sol. Again and again I saw the same thing: the research was good, the design was good, the build was good - and customers still fell through the gaps between them.
ENTRAILED is the team I wished I could have hired back then: one group that owns the whole path, from understanding your customers to shipping the product. Today that path goes further, with AI agents that keep improving it after launch.
Along the way I've worked across a wide range of industries, and learned that customers everywhere want the same thing: a path that makes sense. An MSc in Interaction Design and hands-on work building agentic and AI-powered solutions mean the technology always serves the people using it, not the other way round. I live on the Costa del Sol and work in English, Spanish, German and Latvian, which helps on a coast where your customers arrive from everywhere.
